The bar has a tendency to get stuck and you may need to try it multiple times, here a couple fix's that should work:
First off, you can just simply restart the client and try again, but you may need to do this a couple times.
Second, you are able to click on a spot to refresh your login sequence which is right next to the loading text, look down below to see:
1st: Enter in your account credentials into the following fields.
[Only admins are allowed to see this image]
2nd: If the loading screen gets stuck, move your mouse to the left of the loading text and make sure your mouse turns into a hand and finger.
